Only a Superuser can manage the planning settings.
Use Planning settings to configure the planning workflow for your organization. Here
you can select the steps used in decision making, add treatment actions that appear in the
dropdown menu when creating a plan, add drivers and their contact information, and define
internal and external recipients for treatment plans
In the main menu, go to Settings > Planning settings.
