Managing plans
In the All plans view, you can view all plans in your organization. The information and steps shown in each plan are based on your configured by a Superuser.
You can edit drafted plans, log actions, review and approve pending plans, and complete the plan workflow by closing plans when all actions are finished. You can also review the full history of each plan.
You can filter plans by
- Time frame:
- Active
- Past week
- Status:
- Draft: The plan has been saved but not yet finalized.
- Waiting for approval: A Superuser needs to approve the plan before the plan is communicated.
- Communicated: The plan has been communicated to selected recipients.
- Waiting for acknowledgment: The drivers or driver representatives need to acknowledge the plan that has been communicated.
- Acknowledged: Drivers or driver representatives have acknowledged the plan.
- Ongoing: The
plan requiring Real-time
logging is in progress.
The status filters are based on your organization's , configured by a Superuser.
In the All plans view, you can see each plan with its relevant routes, planned actions, start times, and planner information. If a plan includes multiple actions, each action is listed separately within the plan.
Plans are shown based on status and then time order, with the latest at the top. You can open any plan for more details, review or approve it, and track acknowledgments and communications directly from this view.
