Logging actions

If a Superuser has set your organization's Planning settings > Decision flow to Real-time logging, the drives are logged when they start and finish operations.
In Log actions view, you can log the start and end times of live operations in real time. You can also update the actual treatments performed if they differ from the plan, and add comments.
  1. Go to Operations > All plans view.
  2. Find the plan you want to log actions for and select Log actions.
  3. When an operation begins on each route, select Start.
  4. When an operation is finished on the route, select End.
  5. Make sure all actions are marked as ended, then select Close plan.
