Creating and communicating plans

The workflow for creating and communicating plans consists of four main steps, to ensure efficient planning, clear decision-making, and effective communication:

  1. Plan details

    Select the routes to be included in the treatment plan and define the specific actions to be taken.

  2. Decision time

    Set the validity period for the plan, including start and end times. Decision time specifies the period during which the current plan is active and defines the forecast time window the the plan covers.

  3. Drivers

    Assign drivers or subcontractors to the planned actions.

  4. Communicate

    Review and send the plan to selected recipients. You can add tailored messages for each group.
