Managing decision flow

In Decision flow settings, you can select the steps your organization uses in the treatment plan process. Creating, communicating, and completing a plan are mandatory steps.

  • Create plan: Create a treatment plan.
  • Send for approval: Select this option if the plan requires approval from someone other than the creator. All plans are approved by a Superuser before communication.
  • Communicate plan: Communicate plans to drivers or subcontractors, and selected recipients.
  • Request acknowledgment: Select this option if drivers or their representatives need to acknowledge the plan. The drivers or their representative will receive a message with an acknowledge button. You can track the status in the All plans view.
  • Real-time logging: Select this option if you want to log the start and end times of live operations in real time. Drives are logged when they start operations and when they finish.
  • Close plan: Mark the plan closed, with actual start and end times and treatment details.

Your selections determine which steps appear when making a new plan and what is shown in all plans.
