Managing recipients

In Manage recipients settings, you define who will receive notifications about treatment plans. Drivers and subcontractors will receive notifications automatically. Use this section to include any additional recipients who should be informed about treatment plans.

• Add external recipients by entering their contact details and adding them to the external recipients list.

• Select internal recipients from the list. An internal recipient is someone who has a user account and can access your organization's Xweather Horizon account.

The recipients you add will form the default list of recipients for each treatment plan. When creating a treatment plan, you can add or remove recipients from this default list as needed.
